And that doesn't mean intense workouts everyday, but for me when I've got a lot of extra energy I do yoga/stretching every day. For me exercising is the best one, goes hand in hand with nofap. Instead of just focusing on my breath, I'm using different practises to put more conscious positive energy into raising my energy/vibrational frequency. I praise this book so much more taking my usual meditation to a deeper level. Such as physically contracting your muscles from your perineum and abdominals up to your head to help release stagnant energy, and using techniques of manifestation to create a positive reality full of abundance, joy and peace. What I also love about this book is that it's not just all theory, at the end of most chapters there is a specific meditation which focuses on helping create what I mentioned above. It provides key insights into our energy centres, transmuting stagnant energy into free flowing loving energy, healing from trauma/physical conditions and reprogramming your mind to end negative habitual behaviours and instead create positive conscious behaviors.

In my opinion this book is the best merge of the scientific/psychological and spiritual/mystical perspectives on conciousness. It explores how the first energy centre, which is responsible for our need to reproduce and sexual energy, can easily be overstimulated and drain your energy. This book doesn't touch directly on semen retention, however it does talk in depth about the energy centers (chakras) of the body. Violation of any of these will result in post removal and/or ban.
